This is a lovely Balloon spinner, it measures 170cm long and is made from colourful, durable nylon.
You can hang this in your garden from a tree branch, on your porch or why not brighten up your campsite by hanging it on your flag pole. Add a small amount of oil to top swivel to prolong life and aid better spinning. If using with a telescopic flag pole , make sure ground stake is placed at a slight angle to allow the balloon to hang off the pole , does not work at its best if pole completely upright
